As you are aware, in recent years, remarkable technological advancements in many key industries have significantly increased the importance of knowledge-based companies. This issue has also been given serious attention in national macro-level policymaking. In line with the growing concerns surrounding this matter, the Department of Management at the University of Isfahan, in collaboration with the Isfahan Industrial Management Organization, is hosting the "Third International Conference on Business Development with the Approach of Human Capital" on May 20 and 21, 2025. This conference aims to share the latest perspectives and achievements in this important interdisciplinary field. It will be supported by leading researchers and experts from various domestic and international universities, as well as prominent organizations and companies across the country.
